The enemy of the church, the old dragon of Revelation 12 hates her and her offspring. He does his evil destructive work against the church by means of a lie, the acceptable lie of the day.
This is his mode of operation ever since the birth of the New Church on the day of Pentecost. It’s been one heresy after another in every church age since then.
He sought to destroy the early church with the Trinity lie….God in three PERSONS. Except the remnant that came out, the church would have come to her end.
The old dragon, the serpent from the garden of yore has always sought to corrupt the (woman) church with his lie. The visible church will accept it but the invisible church will come out to form yet another progressive move of God in the earth.
After the visible church of the Apostolic era accepted the lie of that age, there was another lie for the reformers to accept. First if was that the “Just shall live by faith,” which is truth and caused a great move of God all over Europe. But, the devil slipped in the word ALONE into their doctrine. “The just are saved by grace through FAITH ALONE.”
There was a new lie for each move of God in the earth. Today there are many hundreds of sects, each claiming to be the way.
Today, the lie of the age is this present ENDTIME doctrine that has permeated thorough out the modern Apostolic church world. Except there be a remnant to come out, she will die like all before her has died.
Rev. 18:4, “…. Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.”
